Try our abstract spatial puzzles. They are unique works of art and a labor of love. We’ve put together a collection of our favorite 12--piece abstract puzzles for students to make and solve. We have drawn them, classroom tested, and formatted them in PDF, but it is up to you to download, print, cut them out for students to solve.
Fun Activity for the whole family (ages 4 to 104)
Our abstract puzzles are illustrations hand drawn by several artists on a blank (4 x 3) 3-dimensional jigsaw puzzle template. Educators pilot the puzzles and critical thinking question prompts with their students using existing Makerspace, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) and STEM curriculum in various preschool, elementary, high school and college classrooms.
After receiving feedback, our talented graphic designers vector sketch and transform the artwork into a 2-dimensional high resolution vibrant images. The digital downloadable designs are converted to 8.5 by 11 inches “ready to print” PDF files for instant use in color or black and white. These puzzles help develop spatial thinking and visualization skills.
